We propose you to team up while carrying out an activity that preserves the environment and our closest surroundings. In the forests of Garraf, the species of the genus Quercus (Oak) are native, but are increasingly less present. This activity helps the natural reforestation of our own forest masses and the resilience of our forests in the current context.

We are often not aware of the amount of ingredients and gastronomic possibilities that nature offers us and that we have next to our home without the need to cultivate them.
With this cooking workshop (with the option to also add the preparation of natural remedies) we will learn to take advantage of all these resources that wild plants and 100% vegetable ingredients offer us.

By observing and getting to know them we can extract many tools to improve our day to day at work.
