Organization and Customization
How bookings work
Once you have chosen the service and requested availability, we will contact you via email for confirmation. In the event that any of the dynamics, experiences, activities, training actions, or the venue are not available on the requested dates, we will provide you with alternatives (dates, experiences, or spaces) as similar as possible to your request. Once the service is confirmed, we will send you a booking document with all conditions and information on how to pay the advance payment (30% of the total predicted). Before the session, we will ask for confirmation of attendees and other information regarding food allergies, participant characteristics, and other relevant details to help the service best achieve the pre-established objectives, as well as to know if you are interested in any complementary services such as transport, video or photo reports, a rapporteur, or corporate gifts. You can also count on, if necessary, a call or video conference with a member of Equipus to finalize any pending details you consider necessary.
Can the activities be adapted?
Most activities can be adapted; it will depend on the space, the activity, and the availability of the facilitators. The best approach is to make an inquiry and see if it is possible.
Can schedules be adapted?
Yes.
These are standard schedules proposed for the different formulas, and as long as they are compatible with the activities, experiences, or training, as well as with the venue, there is no problem in adapting the schedules.
For example, doing it in the afternoon/evening, staying for two days, or adapting to the arrival time if that were the case.
Can we request a tailor-made proposal?
You can consult us via email regarding which activity, dynamic, experience, or training action interests you, and we will respond shortly to let you know if it is possible or not, always based on the criterion of guaranteeing maximum quality.
Can we propose the venue ourselves?
Yes, as long as it is compatible at a characteristic level with the needs of the requested experiences or courses.
How can we know which activities fit our team best?
We base this on a prior diagnosis, which may include:
- Interviews, questionnaires, or brief meetings
- Detection of objectives, strengths, and needs
With this information, we propose the activities that best adapt to your context and moment.
What is bonified training, FUNDAE?
Bonified Training
Bonified training is essentially a discount on social security contributions in the form of a rebate.
This money, which companies have available to use for their workers’ training, has been previously disbursed both by the workers through their payroll and by the company through the social security contributions paid to the Social Security for the Professional Training contingency. Therefore, what we will do is recover what companies and their workers have already paid previously.
One of the great advantages of doing open training is the possibility of using the training credit available to all companies, partially and sometimes totally reducing the cost of the training action.
What training credit do companies have annually?
The annual training credit varies from a minimum of €420 per year for companies with a single worker to thousands of euros for large companies.
EQUIPUS MANAGES THE TRAINING CREDIT FOR YOU
Good to know:
The credit assigned to companies is:
- Companies with 1 to 9 workers: 100% of the amount contributed the previous year for professional training (Minimum assigned €420).
- 10 to 49 workers: 75% of the amount contributed the previous year for Professional Training.
- 50 to 249 workers: 60% of the amount contributed the previous year for Professional Training.
- 250 or more workers: 50% of the amount contributed the previous year for Professional Training.
Companies with fewer than 50 workers, if they notify the FUNDAE application before June 30, can save the unused credit for the following year and the two subsequent years. If not communicated, the unused credit is lost.
Maximum Bonifiable Cost (CMB)
The maximum bonifiable cost of each higher-level course is:
Number of hours of the course X €13 X Number of Participants = CMB
Previously, you must digitally authorize us in the FUNDAE application to confirm the assigned credit and manage the rebate. Once we know the available credit and the number of participants, we can inform you of the final cost of the training action.
