Training credit management (FUNDAE)

We advise and manage the activity bonus through FUNDAE. We take care of the entire administrative process so you can make the most of the available training resources.

Event coordination and facilitation

Overall support to ensure the smooth running of the day: time coordination, logistics, participant welcome and facilitation of key sections.
We have experienced presenters and speakers.

Day rapporteurship

An expert in facilitation accompanies the day and writes a report with qualitative observations on dynamics, communication, roles and areas for improvement.

Prior diagnosis of the team or group

Questionnaires, interviews or prior sessions to identify needs, strengths and areas for improvement. It allows us to better adapt the activity to the reality of the group.

Co-design with the organising team

A working session with your team to jointly design the day in a participatory way. Ideal for organisations that want to internally involve their people.

Structured feedback space

We facilitate a space at the end of the day to collect assessments and impressions in a structured and participatory way, in visual, oral or written format.

Integration into broader projects

Issuance of digital certificates to recognise participation or training received.

All activities can be carried out at your premises or in a space you provide. We adapt to municipal halls, schools, offices, organisations…

If you organise the day with your own team or another company, we offer unique spaces (farmhouses, natural settings, public facilities) with everything you need.

Organised transport

We manage minibuses or coaches to ensure punctuality and comfort. Tailored budget according to group and location.

Catering and meal services

Healthy, seasonal options adapted to various diets. From simple catering to showcookings or communal meals.

Technical and audiovisual equipment

Projectors, sound, microphones, screens, interactive tools… We handle assembly, supervision and dismantling if needed.

Personalised welcome kit

A pack for each participant with useful or symbolic materials: notebook, pen, card, small gifts… It creates identity and a warm welcome from the very first moment.
