Breathing techniques
The Breathing Techniques session offers teams practical tools to reduce stress, improve concentration and enhance emotional well-being. Through conscious breathing exercises and techniques such as diaphragmatic breathing and alternate breathing, participants learn to manage tension and increase their energy.
The session promotes team cohesion, as sharing this experience in a group creates an atmosphere of trust and mutual support. In addition, the activity includes moments of reflection to become aware of the benefits of breathing in the day-to-day work. Cooking workshop for groups with wild plants, to learn about the delicious possibilities that nature offers us
We are often not aware of the amount of ingredients and gastronomic possibilities that nature offers us and that we have next to our home without the need to cultivate them.
With this cooking workshop (with the option to also add the preparation of natural remedies) we will learn to take advantage of all these resources that wild plants and 100% vegetable ingredients offer us.
